If your doctor advises you to remove your jewelry, simply carefully cut the jump ring with some scissors or wire cutters. Save your chain and it can be rewelded again later.

Nope! We don't do anything to your skin. Only the chain itself is welded.

Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges. Our chains are durable, but they are still fine jewelry and therefore not indestructible.

If you still have your chain, feel free to bring it in anytime during open hours and we will happily offer you a complimentary reweld if you purchased it from us.

We charge a $15 reweld fee if you purchased your chain somewhere else. We are not responsible for lost chain.

All sales are final. Your chain is custom fit and cut to your exact measurements, therefore once it is cut it is yours.
