How it works:

During your time slot, you will be able to choose from a wide variety of stunning chain in sterling silver and gold filled. The chain will then be custom fit for you, turning it into your choice of bracelet, necklace, or anklet.You can even customize your piece further by adding charms and connectors. 

​

Your jewelry is then welded shut. This allows you to skip the clasp, and enjoy a beautiful piece that stays securely in place.

FAQ:

Q: What materials do you use?
A: Sterling silver & gold filled. These materials are the most popularly used in permanent jewelry and are durable and tarnish resistant.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Feel free to make an appointment if you wish! This allows you to get right in at your desired time slot. With that said, we also accept walk ins when time permits.

Q: What happens if I need surgery?
A: If your doctor advises you to remove your jewelry, simply carefully cut the jump ring with some scissors or wire cutters. Save your chain and it can be rewelded again later.

Q: Does it hurt?
A: Nope! We don't do anything to your skin. Only the chain itself is welded. 

Q: What happens if I break and/or lose my chain? Do I get a refund?
A: Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Our chains are durable, but they are still fine jewelry and therefore not indestructible. If you still have your chain, feel free to bring it in anytime during open hours and we will happily offer you a complimentary reweld if you purchased it from us. We charge a $15 reweld fee if you purchased your chain somewhere else. We are not responsible for lost chain.

Q: What happens if I change my mind after it has been welded?
A: All sales are final. Your chain is custom fit and cut to your exact measurements, therefore once it is cut it is yours.
